Solovis, a portfolio management and analytics platform for institutional investors, has opened a public preview of Solovis IO, an AI-driven product designed to serve the entire investment office. The Irving, Texas-based company also announced that Jon Fernandez, former Chief Operating Officer of Yale Investments, has joined its board, and that Ryan Manougian has been hired as Senior Vice President of Sales.

Solovis says the most complex questions in investment offices often take weeks to answer and so are rarely asked. Solovis IO is intended to let investment teams pose those questions directly, with answers drawn from the auditable and traceable data the office already keeps in Solovis, the same record its board and compliance teams rely on. The product combines AI, reporting, dashboards and proactive alerts, starting with Solovis Portfolio Analytics, with Risk Pro to follow. Model Context Protocol connectivity is due in November, with redesigned reporting planned for the coming months.

According to the company, investment offices with more than $20 trillion in assets under management and administration use Solovis. Chief Executive Leo Rozkin said clients will help shape the product during the preview.

Fernandez led the modernisation of Yale Investments’ technology and operations. He previously spent 13 years as an executive at Bridgewater Associates, led digital transformation at VMware, and is co-founder and CEO of DividendAI, an agentic AI services start-up backed by Insight Partners. He said data quality and analytics available to allocators and limited partners lag those of sophisticated general partners, and that adding AI to Solovis’ existing data is a significant opportunity.

Manougian joins from Upland Software, where he was Vice President of Sales, and previously led global sales as SVP at Bloomfire. With more than 20 years in enterprise software, he will lead Solovis’ revenue team and work with investment offices evaluating AI tools.

Solovis is backed by Insight Partners.
