PSQ Holdings, Inc. (PublicSquare), operating under the ticker NYSE: PSQH, has launched PSQ Impact, a new political fundraising platform designed to support the Conservative movement and values-aligned non-profit organizations. This platform aims to provide advanced tools and infrastructure for political fundraising with a focus on efficiency and data security.

Michael Seifert, CEO and Founder of PublicSquare, stated that Impact addresses a demand for innovation within political fundraising technology, aiming to provide Republican candidates, committees, and non-profit organizations with necessary tools while offering competitive fees. He added that the platform utilizes PublicSquare’s existing infrastructure to maximize the impact of donor contributions.

PSQ Impact features include low fees, enhanced data privacy, innovative fundraising tools, and a payment infrastructure built for resilience. The platform is designed to ensure direct donor relationships with campaigns and causes, removing intermediaries in data handling and fund allocation. PublicSquare estimates that, had a similar system been in place since the 2020 election cycle, significant processing fee savings could have been realized for Republican causes.

Alex Bruesewitz, President of PSQ Impact, highlighted the platform’s design for affordability, security, and trustworthiness in processing donations. He emphasized its potential to ensure donor contributions go further for the Conservative movement and to equip Republican campaigns with advanced technology to optimize their financial resources.

PSQ Impact leverages PublicSquare’s vertically integrated payment stack, PSQ Payments, to offer a secure environment for contributions. The platform integrates cutting-edge technology, including AI-driven reporting for campaigns, an “Allied Fundraising” system designed to improve donor-cause relationships, and capabilities for cryptocurrency donations. It also supports widely used wallet functionalities such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and is built on PublicSquare’s robust payment infrastructure for enterprise-grade reliability.

Early performance data, gathered from extensive testing with Republican campaigns and organizations, indicates that donors contribute an average of 25% more through Impact compared to other fundraising platforms. The platform’s built-in growth tools, such as donor upsells, have shown an increase of over 33% in individual gifts. Impact features dynamic pricing to further reduce costs on high-value contributions and provides a US-based customer service team dedicated to supporting donors and organizations.

From a shareholder perspective, PSQ Impact is projected to be one of PublicSquare’s highest-margin payment products. By utilizing PublicSquare’s existing distribution network, the company anticipates a low cost for customer acquisition. The introduction of Impact also expands PublicSquare’s total addressable market by unlocking new revenue opportunities in adjacent values-aligned sectors. PSQ Impact aims to bring modern fintech infrastructure to campaigns, committees, agencies, and non-profits that align with its core values, maximizing the impact of donor dollars through its leadership team, infrastructure, competitive fees, and integrated payment stack.
