Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union (KTVAECU), a $5 billion-asset financial institution, has announced an expanded collaboration with NCR Atleos Corporation (Atleos) to integrate cash deposit capabilities for its members through the Allpoint Network.
This enhanced partnership will provide KTVAECU members with nationwide access to cash deposits at 3,500 ATMs across the country, including 26 cash deposit locations within Tennessee. The ATMs will feature Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union branding on the physical machines and on screen, aiming to enhance the credit union’s visibility and presence. This initiative marks Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union as the first financial institution in Tennessee to offer Allpoint cash deposit to its cardholders, and Atleos as the first non-bank ATM operator to accept deposits in the state.
Denise O’Dell, Vice President of Electronic Services at Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union, stated, “Our partnership with Atleos allows us to effectively offer self-service technology to our membership and community throughout East Tennessee. We are thrilled to expand our use of the Allpoint Network to include deposit-accepting Allpoint+ ATMs. The ability to utilize over 1,000 ATMs in Tennessee and more than 40,000 Allpoint ATMs across the country enables KTVAECU to bring even more convenient access for our members to securely manage their money in locations where they already shop and visit.”
