Building on the “Ask Anything” assistant introduced earlier this year, the “Do Anything” solution operates autonomously. It anticipates upcoming meetings, curates relevant information, and automates actions without requiring direct advisor input. The “Do Anything” assistant offers several key capabilities. For meeting preparation, it generates automated, curated pre-meeting briefs delivered to advisors hours before client calls. These briefs integrate insights from existing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, calendars, and up to 12 months of email activity. For post-meeting tasks, it automatically captures and logs meeting notes and summaries into the advisor’s CRM. Within 30 seconds of a meeting’s conclusion, a personalized follow-up email draft is prepared, ready for advisor customization or direct sending.
Advisors also benefit from configurable automation, allowing them to define how and when the assistant operates. The integration of email as a core data source enhances contextual understanding, while customizable automation settings ensure workflow flexibility and compliance.
