Abrigo Acquires 360 View to Enhance Financial Institution CRM and Analytics Capabilities

S. financial institutions, has acquired 360 View, a company specializing in banking CRM, marketing automation, and profitability analytics. This acquisition aligns with Abrigo’s strategic investments aimed at helping financial institutions enhance customer relationships and achieve measurable growth.

360 View’s platform, designed for banks and credit unions, centralizes customer data, workflows, marketing automation, and profitability analytics. Its approach, developed by bankers, allows financial institutions to leverage relationship data for cross-sell opportunities, onboarding processes, and customer retention strategies. The integration of 360 View’s relationship intelligence and marketing automation into Abrigo’s risk management, lending, and broader analytics solutions is intended to provide financial institutions with a more unified view of performance and opportunities. This combined data environment also supports the deployment of Abrigo’s AI-driven innovation.

Jay Blandford, CEO of Abrigo, stated that financial institutions are seeking more effective ways to grow. He noted that 360 View’s capabilities transform customer data into actionable intelligence, building on Abrigo’s holistic data analytics strategy to better serve customers in a competitive banking market. The modular platform from 360 View includes several components: a centralized CRM with referral tracking, workflows, and pipeline visibility; automated onboarding and cross-sell marketing interactions; advanced segmentation and financial analytics; account- and portfolio-level profitability insights; and incentive and goal management tools for employee alignment.

This acquisition is expected to improve Abrigo’s capacity to assist financial institutions in data unification, streamlining growth initiatives, and enabling frontline teams to focus on effective customer strategies.
