Related Companies, a prominent privately-owned real estate firm, has partnered with Venn to deploy an AI-powered resident operating system across its extensive portfolio. This initiative aims to elevate the resident experience and streamline onsite operations by leveraging advanced technology.

Known for its work on iconic developments like Hudson Yards in New York City and projects in West Palm Beach, Related Companies manages over $60 billion in assets globally. The company, which emphasizes design, innovation, and service, seeks to scale its level of resident care through this new technological integration.

Venn’s platform is designed to capture every resident interaction, translate it into actionable insights, and deliver personalized service in real time. “The learnings we receive from the platform allow us to build a better building from day one,” stated Chris Schmidt, EVP at Related Companies. He added that this knowledge enhances the resident experience throughout the design and development stages.

The system is also expected to optimize daily operations for Related’s teams. Gina Trotta, SVP of Residential Operations at Related Companies, commented, “Venn was the first to deliver a single interface that truly streamlines onsite operations. Now our teams will understand where they can have the most impact and focus on our guests while operations run smoothly in the background.”

Venn, which has invested $70 million in its product infrastructure with support from investors like Group 11 and noa, powers the resident journey from application through renewal by unifying data across various touchpoints. The company’s technology is also trusted by operators such as Bozzuto, CIM, and Veris Residential.

Or Bokobza, CEO and Co-Founder of Venn, highlighted the strategic advantage of the partnership. “By capturing every interaction, we’re giving Related the intelligence to anticipate consumer needs and deliver hospitality at a scale the industry has never seen. This makes new lifestyle revenue opportunities limitless.”

This collaboration underscores Related Companies’ focus on intelligent, personalized experiences that improve with each resident interaction, redefining luxury real estate beyond just extraordinary buildings.
