Venn’s platform is designed to capture every resident interaction, translate it into actionable insights, and deliver personalized service in real time. “The learnings we receive from the platform allow us to build a better building from day one,” stated Chris Schmidt, EVP at Related Companies. The system is also expected to optimize daily operations for Related’s teams.
