Zinnia, a life and annuity technology provider, has launched an updated SmartOffice experience, designed to simplify navigation, optimize daily workflows, and extend mobile servicing capabilities for life and annuity advisors and their teams. The enhancements build upon SmartOffice’s existing functionalities as a central platform for managing client relationships, policies, commissions, and service activities. These updates aim to enable financial practices to operate more efficiently by reducing administrative tasks. The financial services industry is experiencing rapid evolution, requiring advisors to manage complex products and deliver high-quality service across an increasing number of client touchpoints. Zinnia’s updated SmartOffice product addresses these demands by improving focus, efficiency, and overall usability, supporting more consistent execution.

George Esposito, CEO of Zinnia, stated, “Our goal is to make SmartOffice feel lighter and faster in the moments that matter most. We are simplifying the experience, strengthening day-to-day workflows, and expanding mobile servicing so advisors and their teams can spend less time managing systems and more time serving clients, following through after the sale, and growing their business.”

The refreshed SmartOffice incorporates several key updates. It features a simplified interface and visual experience with a cleaner, more readable design intended to reduce screen clutter and streamline navigation. This allows advisors and agents to locate critical information more quickly without needing to manage multiple screens. Additionally, the platform includes streamlined workflows and productivity enhancements, offering flexible and configurable navigation that adapts to individual advisor preferences. These features automate manual tasks, guide post-sale activities, and highlight new business opportunities.

The mobile experience has also been expanded with an updated interface, supporting advisors who require on-the-go access to client servicing tools, essential information, and critical actions from any location. Furthermore, the integration of SmartOffice with the AnnuityNet add-on unifies annuity quoting, submission, and tracking into a single workflow. This allows advisors to monitor applications in real time alongside other business operations, thereby eliminating duplicate data entry and streamlining the entire process.

By modernizing SmartOffice, Zinnia seeks to provide a more cohesive advisor experience. Client management now operates more seamlessly alongside product education, illustration, order entry, and in-force servicing, reducing fragmentation across the advisor’s workflow. Zinnia, an Eldridge Industries business, provides comprehensive technology solutions for the life and annuity insurance sector. The company is also supported by funds managed by KKR and Vista Credit Partners.
