Zocks Unveils Client Queries, an AI Tool for Enhanced Advisor Growth and Client Service

Share It:

Zocks, an AI platform for financial services, has introduced Client Queries, a new agentic AI product designed to enable advisors and enterprise firms to identify organic growth opportunities and address unmet client service needs across their client base rapidly.

Client Queries allows advisors to use plain language to ask specific questions, such as, “Which clients have a 401(k) with a previous employer we could consolidate?” or “Which clients have a review due this quarter with over $500,000 in held-away assets?” Within seconds, the system provides a list of clients matching these criteria.

After identifying clients, advisors are prompted with automated next steps, including drafting personalized emails, creating opportunities within a CRM system, or scheduling meetings, facilitating a seamless transition from insight to action. The product also enables advisors to proactively identify and act on service gaps across their entire client book. For example, queries like “Which clients have a significant age milestone in the next 90 days, and we haven’t spoken with them in the past 12 months?” or “Which clients mentioned a major life change but haven’t updated their estate plan?” can be made.

This proactive service capability extends to every client, not solely the top tier. The intelligence driving these answers is powered by AI that processes data from various connected systems, including CRM records, financial plans, tax, portfolio, estate, and insurance data, along with every conversation, meeting, email, and shared document throughout the client relationship. Zocks continuously builds and maintains a comprehensive profile for each client, reasoning across these profiles in real time to deliver precise, actionable lists and automated workflows.

This approach offers a level of speed, personalization, and insight for advisors and firms that traditional lead generation and prospecting methods cannot replicate.

Mark Gilbert, CEO of Zocks, stated, “Every advisor-client relationship and conversation contains signals that point to the next opportunity, whether that’s a life change, a servicing need, or a held-away asset. With Client Queries, firms can query across personal and financial information to operationalize those signals for every advisor and deliver on the scale and consistency that manual processes can’t. What once required hours of research can now happen in minutes, at a fraction of the cost.”

Dr. Jordan Hutchison, Vice President of Technology and Operations at RFG Advisory, commented, “For our advisors, Client Queries removes the friction between having an idea to engage clients and quickly acting on it. For the enterprise, it gives us a way to operationalize growth across every advisor’s book simultaneously. We can serve up the most relevant opportunities at scale, whether it’s a firm-wide initiative like a life insurance awareness campaign, or identifying which clients are ready for a deeper planning conversation around a specific money-in-motion moment.”

Zocks, described as a privacy-first, agentic AI Platform for financial advisors and financial firms, aims to save advisors time by automating manual tasks and transforming client interactions into structured data integrated with a firm’s technology stack and AI ecosystem. The platform supports building plans, onboarding clients, identifying growth opportunities, and anticipating servicing needs.
