Zocks, an AI assistant for financial services, announced the launch of its next-generation AI platform at the Future Proof Festival in Huntington Beach, Calif., designed to significantly reduce the time financial advisors spend on administrative tasks and accelerate the delivery of financial advice.

The expanded Zocks platform aims to make it faster for advisors to provide financial advice after client and prospect meetings. By automating the capture of client data from conversations and populating financial planning, onboarding, and proposal systems, advisors can now transition from a meeting to a proposed financial plan in under 10 minutes. This process traditionally takes days or weeks. The platform also drafts detailed replies to client emails by pulling data from connected systems and surfaces relevant client information live during meetings, enabling quick, personalized service.

For financial firms, Zocks converts client information into structured enterprise-level data, automatically populating their data warehouse, CRM, and account management systems. This functionality is intended to enhance lead conversion, upsell, and cross-sell programs by providing accurate client information in real time. The system incorporates policy management, security, and compliance controls to ensure secure and private data flow throughout the organization.

The new capabilities of the Zocks platform include Zocks Forms, Coaching Center, Zocks Email, and Live Zocks AI Assistant in Zoom. Zocks Forms streamlines client intake and account opening workflows by automatically capturing details from various sources like conversations, emails, CRM, planning systems, and portfolio management systems, thereby reducing the manual data collection that can delay prospecting and onboarding.

The Coaching Center offers firms real-time insights into how top producers manage client meetings. It scales best practices through Meeting Scorecards, which rate client meetings across 18 configurable dimensions and against industry benchmarks, allowing associates to improve their skills. Zocks Email enhances client communication by instantly drafting detailed replies to client emails, utilizing the latest data from conversation history, CRM, financial plans, and portfolio performance, which reduces response times from hours to minutes.

The Live Zocks AI Assistant integrates natively with Zoom, enabling advisors to access client data from connected systems in real time within the Zoom window during calls. This feature allows for immediate answers to client questions, display of pre-prepared personal and financial information, action item management, and direct data synchronization. The functionality is built on two-way integrations with industry tools such as eMoney, Orion, and PreciseFP, converting conversational and email details into structured data to automate previously manual client-servicing workflows.

Mark Gilbert, CEO of Zocks, stated that the company has developed Zocks into a comprehensive AI platform that automates front-office administration with accuracy, allowing advisors to deliver more personalized service. He added that the platform enables firms to leverage AI to acquire and serve more clients with existing resources, transform client conversations into actionable intelligence, and support new associates for long-term success.

Chris Arnold, Founder and Lead Advisor, CFP®, at Refresh Wealth, reported a 20 percent reduction in client discovery and onboarding time with Zocks. He noted that it eliminates the need for clients to input information multiple times, freeing up time for discussions on critical matters and plan implementation. Jordan Hutchison, Vice President of Technology and Operations at RFG Advisory, commented on their search for a partner with a bold product vision and roadmap, stating that Zocks shares this mindset.

The next-generation Zocks AI assistant is currently available. Zocks, an AI assistant for financial services, aims to save financial advisors over 10 hours per week by automating administrative tasks such as meeting notes, intake forms, account opening, and tailored client emails. Its platform, described as privacy-first with robust integrations and enterprise controls, converts client conversations into structured data and insights. Firms like Carson Group, Commonwealth, Osaic, and Ameritas are among its users.
