Xiid Corp. Forms Strategic Partnerships to Expand Zero Trust Cybersecurity Across EV, Healthcare, and Multi-Cloud Environments

Xiid Corp., a company specializing in pre-emptive cyber defense, has announced strategic partnerships with eVerged LLC, Consent Vault Inc., and Neutron Engineering to integrate its Terniion zero trust application control platform into high-growth electric vehicle (EV), healthcare, and multi-cloud enterprise sectors globally.

These collaborations aim to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities through Xiid’s Terniion platform, which delivers post-quantum secure networking to mission-critical operations worldwide.

The partnership with eVerged focuses on securing the global electric vehicle (EV) market, which is projected to exceed $6.5 billion by 2030. The rapid expansion of EV infrastructure has introduced cybersecurity challenges threatening charging stations, individual devices, and power grids.

The joint solution embeds Xiid’s SealedTunnel advanced cybersecurity into eVerged’s offerings, providing next-generation cybersecurity across billing systems, charging stations, EVs, and networks. This addresses vulnerabilities, protects data transport, and ensures secure billing, offering end-to-end EV charging security for drivers, fleet operators, and utilities.

eVerged customers will benefit from strong security for charging station operators, protection of sensitive data for EV drivers, a scalable model for municipalities and fleets to meet compliance, and integrity of data transport and transactions for utilities and billing providers.

The collaboration with Consent Vault aims to secure sensitive healthcare data and infrastructure. Xiid’s Terniion protects Consent Vault and its users – including clinics, research staff, and patients – by rendering AI data ingestion pipelines, data lakes, and document stores non-addressable from the internet. This is critical given that the healthcare industry reported more cyberthreats in 2024 than any other sector.

Patient data and AI workloads move only through outbound, process-to-process, triple-encrypted tunnels, reducing breach risk without altering system usability for clinicians or patients. This partnership protects patient information and ensures service continuity.

Neutron Engineering, a specialized cloud and DevOps consultancy, is partnering with Xiid to embed the Terniion platform into a new Multi-Cloud Landing Zone architecture. This initiative simplifies and hardens connectivity across various cloud service providers and environments.

By utilizing Terniion’s SealedTunnel technology and outbound-only, non-routable connectivity patterns, Neutron is developing a blueprint that keeps cloud workloads and management planes secure from attackers while providing engineering teams controlled access. The collaboration standardizes Terniion as the secure access and segmentation layer for Neutron’s Landing Zone reference design, replacing traditional VPN meshes and firewall rule sets with ephemeral, process-to-process connectivity, facilitating faster deployment of production-ready multi-cloud foundations.

Visconti remarked, “By baking Terniion into their Multi-Cloud Landing Zone, they’re giving customers a repeatable way to get the benefits of multi-cloud without exposing their infrastructure to the internet, and without piling on more agents, keys, and manual policy management.” Brandon Lockett, Founder and CEO at Neutron Engineering, stated, “Terniion lets us deliver that. We can keep control planes and workloads unreachable from untrusted networks, while still enabling developers, SREs, and automation to connect exactly where and when they’re supposed to.”

The Neutron-Xiid collaboration will initially focus on a hardened Multi-Cloud Landing Zone for highly regulated and security-sensitive customers, with future plans to extend the pattern into CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and operational runbooks using Aclave for credential-less authentication.
