Wunderkind, an AI decisioning platform, has launched its official integration on the Klaviyo App Marketplace. This integration enables Wunderkind’s identity insights to power real-time customer profiles, segments, and flows directly within Klaviyo’s B2C CRM, enhancing personalization across email, SMS, and other Klaviyo-powered channels.

By layering Wunderkind’s Identity Network, which is built on over 9 billion device profiles and more than a billion unique user identities, into Klaviyo’s unified customer profile, marketers can improve their understanding of customers, unify identity across channels, and activate personalization through Klaviyo without adding complexity to their existing technology stack.

Richard Jones, Chief Revenue Officer at Wunderkind, stated that the collaboration delivers a robust solution for brands aiming to maximize the impact, personalization, and efficiency of their messaging programs. He added that the integration allows brands to activate identity-powered insights within Klaviyo, fostering smarter decisions, more relevant experiences, and measurable revenue growth from a unified system.

With Wunderkind now available in the Klaviyo Marketplace, users can identify more visitors through Wunderkind’s proprietary identity graph, recognizing shoppers across various sessions, devices, and brands. The integration is also designed to grow long-term customer lifetime value through more relevant, consistent experiences delivered via Klaviyo’s native channels, drive incremental revenue through expanded audience reach, higher match rates, and better-timed triggered campaigns, and unlock operational efficiency with straightforward implementation and rapid time-to-value.

Brands utilizing Wunderkind’s identity framework have observed up to an 8X increase in triggered revenue. Similarly, brands using Klaviyo report up to a 75% higher lift compared to traditional email service providers when deploying personalized, data-driven experiences.

Anne Prins, Vice President, Global Product Partnerships at Klaviyo, welcomed Wunderkind to the marketplace. She noted that the integration provides brands with access to identity insights directly within Klaviyo’s real-time customer profiles, aiding them in recognizing more customers, personalizing every interaction, and building stronger relationships without increasing complexity.

Wunderkind specializes in agentic marketing decisioning, where identity meets AI for personalized performance at scale. Its Autonomous Marketing Platform (AMP) leverages a proprietary identity graph—tracking over 9 billion devices and 2 trillion digital events annually—to convert anonymous web traffic into known customers without relying on third-party cookies. AMP dynamically triggers messages across email, text, and ads, optimizing creative, channel, and timing in real time. It integrates seamlessly via SDKs, APIs, and natively with email service providers, fitting into any tech stack without requiring replatforming. Companies like Harley-Davidson and Kendra Scott use Wunderkind, which contributes over $5 billion in attributable sales annually.
