Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions Names Dean Sonderegger Senior Vice President and General Manager

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory has announced the appointment of Dean Sonderegger as Senior Vice President and General Manager of its ELM Solutions business, leveraging his more than 25 years of experience in the legal software, tax, and services sectors to drive future innovation and growth.

Martin O’Malley, CEO of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory, commented on the appointment, stating that Sonderegger possesses a deep understanding of the legal market and a proven ability to drive customer-focused innovation through exceptional leadership. Prior to this role, Sonderegger served as head of Wolters Kluwer’s Financial & Regulatory Reporting (FRR) business. He also held positions as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Canada and Research & Learning businesses within the Tax and Accounting division.
