Uniphore, a Business AI Company, and LTM, an AI-centric global technology services company, have announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop industry- and domain-specific AI solutions. This collaboration will focus on integrating small language models (SLMs), AI agents, and deep domain expertise to address critical business workflows.
As enterprises increasingly adopt AI, there is a growing shift towards smaller, purpose-built models and agents for enhanced precision and control. The partnership aims to bring this approach to core business processes, ensuring governance, security, and compliance are embedded by design. Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud, described as a complete, composable AI platform, will power LTM’s BlueVerse™ ecosystem and global delivery. This platform unifies enterprise data, models, and AI agents on a secure, sovereign infrastructure.
LTM, a Larsen & Toubro Group Company, will contribute industry expertise, client implementation, and AI-led transformation capabilities. Uniphore will provide the foundational technology for building and fine-tuning domain-specific SLMs. The initial phase of the partnership will target the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), manufacturing, and media and entertainment sectors. Solutions will be co-developed to support workflows such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A), contract intelligence, outbound logistics, workforce transformation, and contact center operations.
LTM also plans to deploy Uniphore’s platform for its internal transformation initiatives. This is intended to unlock enterprise value in LTM’s own operations and facilitate faster, more effective implementation timelines for its clients.
Umesh Sachdev, CEO and Co-founder of Uniphore, stated, “The world’s largest enterprises want AI that delivers real business impact in their core workflows. LTM shares this vision with us. They had already started the journey with BlueVerse™. We are excited to accelerate it by combining Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud with LTM’s deep transformation expertise and global delivery scale. Together, we will turn enterprise data, knowledge, and intent into measurable business outcomes where it matters most.”
Venu Lambu, CEO and Managing Director, LTM, commented, “The real value of AI lies in applying it to industry-specific and domain-led solutions that drive customer business results. This partnership strengthens our ability to move AI from intent to execution across critical business domains and workflows. It reflects our continued focus on scale, reliability and delivering outcomes that matter to our clients.”
Uniphore and LTM will work together on the commercialization and long-term customer adoption of these solutions. The partnership is designed to foster continuous collaboration on development, delivery, and refinement as the offerings scale. There are future plans to expand this approach to additional industries and processes.
