Tickblaze, a hybrid trading platform, has partnered with SnapTrade, a brokerage aggregator, to enable its users to trade equities and cryptocurrencies directly within the platform, expanding beyond its established futures market focus.
Through this integration, Tickblaze now supports real-time trading and account connectivity with a range of global brokers. The collaboration allows users to link their existing brokerage accounts, synchronize data, and execute trades without leaving the Tickblaze platform.
Sean Kozak, CEO of Tickblaze, stated, “Rather than integrating with a single broker, we partnered with SnapTrade to unlock the full retail landscape. This enables our users to trade with the broker of their choice while benefiting from our superior technology.” He added, “We’re not here to replace brokers, we’re here to make them better. SnapTrade has been instrumental in helping us build a scalable, long-term solution that benefits both brokers and traders.”
Tickblaze’s architecture is designed to be multi-asset, broker-neutral, and data-agnostic, allowing it to provide institutional-grade functionality to retail traders. The platform offers deep analytics, multi-language scripting capabilities using C# and Python, access to a marketplace of professional tools, and a peer-to-peer open-source community, all accessible via existing brokerage accounts.
Based in Ottawa, Ontario, Tickblaze has received accolades including Best Automated Trading Software and Best Hybrid Trading Solution at the Benzinga Fintech Awards. The addition of equities and crypto trading capabilities is part of Tickblaze’s ongoing strategy to develop a comprehensive hybrid trading solution for active traders.
