PlexTrac has announced new integrations with ServiceNow IT Service Management and Integrated Risk Management, aiming to establish seamless connectivity between the platforms for streamlined vulnerability remediation and monitoring across the full vulnerability lifecycle.
These integrations are designed to allow findings from PlexTrac to flow directly into ServiceNow as tickets, thereby strengthening cyber risk tracking and enhancing remediation workflows. The new capabilities are currently available for download via the ServiceNow Store.
By unifying all security findings across a PlexTrac instance into existing or established ServiceNow workflows, organizations can streamline vulnerability lifecycle management. This collaboration is intended to reduce risk and advance continuous threat exposure management (CTEM) practices within enterprises. PlexTrac has indicated plans to release additional module integrations in the near future, further expanding this partnership with ServiceNow.
Dan DeCloss, Founder at PlexTrac, commented on the partnership, stating, “PlexTrac’s partnership with ServiceNow enables greater visibility and accountability by meeting organizations where they are with their existing ServiceNow investments. By bridging the gap between teams and ensuring seamless communication and visibility, customers are able to unify the vulnerability lifecycle across all their exposures, and establish a strong foundation for the CTEM framework.”As a ServiceNow Build Partner, PlexTrac contributes to the ServiceNow Partner Program by developing and distributing applications. These applications leverage the ServiceNow AI Platform, offering tailored configurations and seamless integrations that aim to enhance the platform’s existing capabilities.
