Panghea Capital Partners Leads Investment in TomNext’s AI-Powered Platform for Private Markets

TomNext, a platform providing intelligence and infrastructure for private markets, has secured investment led by Panghea Capital Partners. Additional participants in the funding round included Consello, Blizzard the Avalanche Fund, Altea Partners, and a selection of strategic backers and angel investors from the wealth management, fintech, and digital assets sectors. The investment coincides with TomNext emerging from stealth and launching a closed beta.

TomNext’s AI-powered platform aims to address the challenges faced by Limited Partners (LPs) in the $22tn alternative assets ecosystem. LPs frequently encounter fragmented diligence workflows, unstructured data, inconsistent reporting, and analog execution infrastructure, which can slow down capital deployment and constrain scalability as deal flow increases.

The platform is designed to replace these inefficiencies with a unified, secure, and AI-powered workflow layer tailored for LPs. It leverages institutional-grade AI to structure deal collateral, streamline diligence processes, and enhance visibility across private equity, private credit, venture capital, and real-assets allocations. TomNext plans to integrate digital execution and orchestration, supported by tokenization, into its platform early next year.

Itay Tuchman, CEO & Co-Founder at TomNext, stated, “Private market investing has scaled massively, but the workflows most LPs rely on have not. They’re manual, fragmented and opaque and they slow down decision-making at the exact moment investors need clarity and speed. TomNext is built to change that. This funding allows us to bring institutional-grade intelligence to every LP, not just those with large teams, and our beta is the first step in proving how we can help bring emerging technology to speed up and improve the quality of decision making.”

Fernando Lopez Munoz, CEO of Panghea Capital Partners, commented, “We backed TomNext because the industry is long overdue for an LP-first platform. Wealth managers and family offices are drowning in documents, data gaps and operational risk. TomNext’s vision in both its AI approach and its tokenized transaction-layer vision has the potential to become critical infrastructure for alternative-asset allocators globally.” The closed beta is currently available to a select group of family offices, wealth advisors, and private-market investors.
