Over the past year, NCR Voyix has observed rapid adoption of its initial suite of cloud-native, microservices applications, which are currently in live operation across various geographies. Among the featured solutions is Voyix POS, a point-of-sale system designed for grocery, convenience, fuel, department, and specialty retailers globally. It offers centralized management, real-time insights, and rapid innovation capabilities, utilizing a cloud-to-edge design for resilience, security, speed, and flexibility. Voyix Self-Checkout (SCO) is also part of the portfolio, enabling independent customer checkout, helping retailers manage labor costs, and reducing queues. This solution supports quick deployment, integrates with POS, loyalty, and analytics, and includes features like Picklist Assist, which uses computer vision and machine learning for automated PLU code suggestions and improved item lookup accuracy.
Further expanding the portfolio are Voyix Back Office, a unified retail management application that organizes inventory, purchasing, loyalty, and analytics, providing near real-time visibility and automation across multiple locations to enhance efficiency. Voyix Supply Chain is an end-to-end application integrating planning, analytics, and execution, including comprehensive warehouse management. It offers real-time visibility and control over receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and facilitate data-driven decisions across manufacturing, distribution, and service operations.
