MetroList, Northern California’s largest Multiple Listing Service (MLS), has integrated new artificial intelligence (AI) features from Restb.ai into its Rapattoni MLS platform to streamline listing input and improve digital accessibility for its more than 20,000 subscribers. The new deployment provides MetroList users with access to several Restb.ai-powered functionalities, including AI-generated alt-text for property photos, photo-driven autofill for property listings, and AI Picture Search. These tools are designed to save time, enhance listing quality, and create new search experiences for real estate professionals and consumers.Using computer vision technology, the Restb.ai integration automatically scans every image uploaded to the MLS. This process generates editable image descriptions, which support screen readers, contribute to ADA and WCAG compliance, and improve search engine visibility for listings. These image captions are also shared with third-party syndication partners, extending listing reach and supporting visually impaired users.Ralph Hoover, President of Rapattoni Corporation, commented on the collaboration: “We’re proud to support MetroList with this innovative AI integration. By combining Restb.ai’s technology with the power of the Rapattoni MLS platform, we’re helping our customers deliver smarter, faster, and more accessible real estate tools to their users.”MetroList President and CEO Dave Howe added, “At MetroList, we are committed to providing our subscribers with the most innovative tools in the industry. By integrating Restb.ai’s autofill technology and advanced AI Picture Search, we’re making it easier than ever for real estate professionals to manage and market their listings, and get properties noticed by buyers.”The advanced AI Picture Search, powered by Restb.ai, is integrated into Rapattoni’s platform, enabling home buyers to search for listings using photos. This functionality allows users to find properties with similar features or architectural styles by analyzing images to return visually similar listings, offering an alternative to traditional keyword or filter-based searches.Additionally, Restb.ai’s Listing Input Auto-Pop identifies over 370 RESO-compliant features within a home’s imagery, automatically populating corresponding listing fields. This feature aims to reduce manual data entry, minimize errors, and facilitate faster, more accurate listing creation.Dominik Pogorzelski, President, MLS at Restb.ai, highlighted the impact: “MLSs are looking for ways to modernize without disrupting the daily workflow of their agents. MetroList, powered by Rapattoni, is leading the way with AI integration that improves a real estate professional’s daily workflow as it increases their efficiency, boosts listing quality, and elevates the experience for both real estate agents and consumers alike.”Restb.ai’s AI tools are now live for all MetroList subscribers.MetroList Services, Inc. is the official Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and technology provider for over 20,000 real estate brokers and agents across 14 counties in Northern California, including Amador, Butte, Calavera, Colusa, El Dorado, Merced, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba Counties.
