Maxio and Anrok Partner to Integrate Global Tax and Revenue Management for SaaS Businesses

Maxio, a platform specializing in billing automation and revenue management for B2B SaaS and AI companies, has announced a new partnership with Anrok, a global tax compliance platform designed for software businesses. This collaboration delivers an integration between Maxio’s billing and revenue engine and Anrok’s automated global tax platform, providing finance teams with a unified system for managing revenue and tax compliance across international borders.

As software companies expand globally, the management of VAT, GST, and sales tax introduces operational complexities and compliance risks. This partnership aims to address these challenges by combining billing and global tax compliance functions, thereby reducing manual workflows, mitigating compliance errors, and establishing an audit-ready financial foundation for growth-oriented software companies.

Branden Jenkins, CEO of Maxio, emphasized the market demand for integrated systems. “Finance teams are demanding a unified system where billing and tax work together, not a maze of disconnected tools,” Jenkins stated. He added that the partnership offers customers flexibility and the ability to automate global tax compliance directly within Maxio, identifying Anrok as a leader in SaaS tax solutions.

Anrok’s platform provides automated tax calculations, jurisdiction-specific accuracy, and continuous regulatory updates across the U.

S. and numerous global tax regions. This integration extends these capabilities to Maxio’s customer base.

Dan Burrill, CRO at Anrok, commented on the shared vision. “Maxio shares our belief that finance teams deserve automation, accuracy, and workflows built for the way modern software businesses operate,” said Burrill. He noted that connecting Anrok into Maxio’s billing engine allows customers to manage subscriptions, invoices, revenue, and tax within a single interface.

The Maxio + Anrok integration offers finance teams a global-ready tax option directly within Maxio’s billing workflows. Key features include automated global tax calculation and compliance, real-time tax treatment during subscription creation, invoicing, usage billing, and one-time charges, as well as the elimination of manual tax configuration, spreadsheet reconciliation, and compliance-risk gaps.

Kris Kelleran, financial controller at doxo, provided feedback on the integration. “The integration between Maxio and Anrok represents exactly what we love to see: smart, connected systems that make things simpler and more efficient,” Kelleran commented. He anticipates that streamlining billing and tax into a single flow will eliminate manual reconciliation, reduce exceptions, and improve the month-end process.

A live webinar showcasing the integration is scheduled for December 4, 2025. Beta access to the integration is currently available.
