Kognitos, a developer of neurosymbolic AI for business automation, and qBotica, a provider of AI and intelligent automation services, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at advancing enterprise automation capabilities. The collaboration seeks to address limitations identified in current automation platforms, such as agentic process automation (APA) and robotic process automation (RPA), by offering a solution designed to enable business users to manage automation through plain English.

Enterprises frequently encounter challenges with existing automation platforms, which are often costly to maintain, necessitate specialized developers, and produce automated processes that are susceptible to disruption from procedural changes. The partnership between Kognitos and qBotica provides a pathway for companies to enhance their automation infrastructure. qBotica, recognized for its expertise in business process automation, will now incorporate Kognitos’ neurosymbolic AI platform into its service offerings.

This joint solution is designed to facilitate several key improvements for enterprises: enabling self-refining automation through Kognitos’ patented Process Refinement Engine, allowing business users and IT to use English as the programming language for automation, ensuring enterprise-grade governance by converting organizational knowledge into transparent, auditable workflows, and aiming to reduce development and maintenance costs by shortening automation cycles and consolidating tools.

Mahesh Vinayagam, founder and CEO of qBotica, stated, “Our clients seek to leverage the dynamic capabilities of AI. Having implemented automation solutions for years, we see Kognitos as a significant advancement. Through English as code, we aim to provide business users with closer access and visibility to their automations. This represents an upgrade to a more intelligent, resilient, and cost-effective automation model for our clients.”

Binny Gill, founder and CEO of Kognitos, added, “The potential of AI in the enterprise requires reliable and auditable technology. Kognitos was developed with a neurosymbolic architecture to be deterministic and fully auditable, where English documentation functions as enterprise-grade automation. Partnering with qBotica is strategic; their experience in migrating and managing large-scale automation programs makes them a suitable collaborator to help organizations transition from conventional automation methods to Kognitos’ execution model.”

Kognitos and qBotica are scheduled to host a series of online and in-person events to inform organizations about this approach. A co-hosted webinar, titled “Beyond Bots & Prompts: High ROI Use Cases for Hallucination-Free AI Automation,” is set for 10 a.m. Pacific Time on August 7. The companies also plan a joint roadshow through 2025 and 2026, with upcoming appearances at Ai4 2025 (August 11-13, Las Vegas, NV) and the Arizona Technology Summit (September 10, Phoenix, AZ).

Kognitos, headquartered in San Jose, California, develops neurosymbolic AI platforms for business operations, focusing on governance and tool consolidation. Its platform aims to transform organizational knowledge into documented, AI-refined automations using English as code, supporting various use cases and aiming to deliver faster ROI and lower costs. Kognitos is supported by investors including Prosperity7 Ventures, Khosla Ventures, and Wipro Ventures.

qBotica, headquartered in Phoenix with global delivery centers, specializes in intelligent automation and agentic AI managed services. The company provides expertise in RPA, agentic AI, and advanced intelligent document processing, assisting organizations from pilot programs to scaled production. qBotica has received recognition for its growth and innovation from industry analysts and business publications.
