Jack’s Family Restaurants has expanded its long-standing partnership with PAR Technology Corporation, adopting PAR POS™, PAR Pay™, and the PAR Hardware™ suite, including PAR Wave™ and Kitchen Display Systems, across approximately 300 locations to streamline operations and enhance guest experience.

Building on a successful loyalty partnership initiated in 2019 with PAR® Punchh®, Jack’s selected PAR’s comprehensive technology stack to integrate its point-of-sale, payments, loyalty programs, and hardware. This strategic move aims to provide a unified enterprise platform designed to support the restaurant chain’s continued expansion and digital growth initiatives.

Jack’s decision to deepen its collaboration with PAR Technology was based on several factors, including the benefit of a single partner for POS, loyalty, in-store gateway payments, and hardware, which simplifies operations and reduces vendor management complexity. The brand also valued PAR’s platform for its ability to scale and handle high transaction volumes reliably, alongside a dedicated support organization known for proactive guidance and rapid issue resolution.

Chris Incorvati, CTO of Jack’s Family Restaurants, stated, “As we plan for our next phase of growth, it was critical to partner with a technology provider that could scale with our ambitions while staying easy for our teams to use. PAR’s modern platform simplifies operations, improves payment experiences, and strengthens our loyalty strategy, positioning us to consistently deliver outstanding guest service as we expand.”

PAR Technology executed one of Jack’s largest technology transformations in under nine months. As a single vendor, PAR planned, coordinated, and implemented the multi-product rollout across roughly 300 locations, deploying new systems at 7 to 9 sites overnight each week with minimal disruption to operations.

Savneet Singh, CEO of PAR Technology, commented, “Jack’s represents exactly the kind of brand we want to partner with—one that pairs ambitious growth with an unwavering focus on guests and teams. A unified technology stack gives Jack’s the foundation to scale efficiently while preserving service quality, and we’re excited to help power experiences that build lasting guest loyalty.”

Jack’s Family Restaurants, founded in 1960 in Homewood, Alabama, began as Jack’s Hamburgers. The company has grown to more than 280 locations across five states in the Southern United States, focusing on quality food and community involvement.

PAR Technology Corporation, headquartered in New Hartford, N.

Y., is a foodservice technology provider. The company offers a unified platform encompassing point-of-sale, digital ordering, loyalty, back-office, payments, and hardware solutions designed to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences for restaurants and retailers globally.
