InspereX, a distributor of financial products including fixed income and structured products, has announced the launch of Aria, a new technology portal designed to provide Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) with streamlined access to fixed income, structured products, and alternative investments, addressing evolving asset allocation requirements.

The Aria platform integrates strategic collaborations with Luma Financial Technologies (Luma) and SUBSCRIBE, alongside a connection to InspereX’s proprietary BondNav® technology. This integration offers advisors tools to access, evaluate, trade, and analyze new issue and secondary fixed income securities; source, customize, and track structured investments throughout their lifecycle; and transact, manage, and scale private market investments from pre-trade to post-trade. Additionally, Aria provides RIAs with access to trading, portfolio, and product specialists.

Scott Mitchell, CEO of InspereX, commented on the launch, stating, “The future is in collaboration. By bringing together premier solutions from Luma, SUBSCRIBE, and InspereX that all support maximized efficiency and optimized workflows, we’re helping RIAs tap into a wide range of non-correlating assets on one platform. Aria empowers RIAs who focus on building custom portfolios with access and insights that can help deliver enormous value to their clients.”

Mitchell added that the goal is to accelerate RIAs’ ability to help their clients achieve long-term objectives. A recent InspereX survey of 856 financial advisors indicated that 43% expressed concern about being left behind by rapidly changing technology, while 84% welcomed more technology to monitor client portfolio performance.

Tim Bonacci, CEO of Luma, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration: “Advisors today are looking for global solutions that not only streamline complex workflows, but also deliver greater transparency, education, and confidence throughout the investment process. By combining Luma’s technology with InspereX’s expertise, we’re helping financial professionals deliver more personalized, outcome-driven strategies that create real value for their clients.”

Rafay Farooqui, Founder and CEO of SUBSCRIBE, commented on their integration into the Aria platform. “We are proud to support the launch of the Aria platform and look forward to our collaboration with InspereX. Our platform supports 55,000 financial advisors across 800 wealth managers, and we’re aligned in our mission to seamlessly deliver choice, diversification, and ease-of-use to advisors and help them include compelling private market investments in their client portfolios.”

InspereX’s BondNav® platform provides RIAs with access to fixed income markets through cloud-based technology. It connects wealth management, middle market, and institutional customers with electronic bond trading networks, offering customizable approaches, insights, and price comparisons to inform investment decisions.

Luma Financial Technologies, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, with offices in New York, NY, Zurich, Switzerland, and Miami, FL, has developed a fintech software platform adopted by broker/dealer firms, RIA offices, and private banks globally. Luma offers users a customizable, independent, buy-side technology platform to research, purchase, and manage alternative investments and annuities, covering the entire process lifecycle from education and product creation to electronic order entry and post-trade management.

SUBSCRIBE is a fintech company focused on digitally transforming alternative investments for fund managers, institutional investors, wealth managers, law firms, and fund administrators. Its platform technology aims to modernize the infrastructure of private fund investments, acting as a central operating system that connects various stakeholders and supports over $6 trillion in private market assets.

InspereX specializes in distribution across structured products, ETFs, private markets, and fixed income, connecting advisors and institutions to investment opportunities. The firm represents over 400 issuing entities, distributes to more than 1,500 partners, and has distributed over $800 billion in new issue securities. InspereX operates seven trading desks and employs over 180 individuals across offices in Delray Beach, Florida; Santa Monica, California; Charlotte, North Carolina; Chicago, IL; and New York, NY.

The InspereX Pulse Survey, which informed some of the insights, was conducted between November 5-12, 2025, by Red Zone Marketing on behalf of InspereX. It gathered responses from 856 financial advisor respondents working at independent broker/dealers, RIAs, banks, and regional firms.
