Hightouch Secures Strategic Investments from Snowflake Ventures and Capital One Ventures to Propel AI Marketing Innovation

Hightouch, a prominent data and AI agent platform for marketers, has announced strategic investments from Snowflake Ventures and Capital One Ventures, extending its oversubscribed Series C funding round and reinforcing a shared vision for AI’s transformative role in marketing.This funding underscores the increasing momentum behind agentic AI as the next evolution in marketing technology, positioning Hightouch as a pioneer in redefining marketing workflows. In 2024, Hightouch launched AI Decisioning, an agentic AI product designed for lifecycle marketing. These agents are engineered to continuously experiment with messaging, timing, and channel decisions, enabling personalized marketing at an individual customer level.Enterprises such as WHOOP and Fundrise have rapidly adopted AI Decisioning to accelerate learning, increase campaign velocity, and deliver incremental engagement and sales.
