HawkSoft, a long-standing provider of agency management systems, and Cara, an InsurTech company specializing in AI solutions for the insurance sector, have formed a new partnership. The collaboration aims to integrate Cara’s domain-specific AI into HawkSoft’s agency management platform, enabling agencies and brokerages to streamline insurance operations.
This integration is designed to reduce manual work, automate back-office processes, and enhance client servicing without requiring additional tools. HawkSoft is known for its agency management technology supporting independent agencies for decades, while Cara focuses on AI-driven solutions for insurance professionals, including areas such as coverage comparison, proposal generation, and client communications.
Together, the companies intend to help agencies automate tasks such as coverage comparisons, proposal creation, policy servicing, and the generation of certificates of insurance (COI). By minimizing errors and saving staff time, the integration allows agencies to allocate more resources to client relationships and business expansion.
