G2 Risk Solutions (G2RS) has completed its transaction with EverC, expanding its global presence and integrating EverC’s AI-powered risk solutions into its product offerings.

This acquisition is designed to enhance G2RS’s ability to protect online marketplaces and financial institutions from escalating threats such as fraud, scams, and illegal or unsafe transactions. With EverC’s capabilities, G2RS now provides a comprehensive suite of AI- and analyst-driven risk solutions, including the recently launched Smart Scan, an AI-powered risk assessment tool for marketplaces and their payment providers.

Other solutions offered by G2RS include proprietary risk intelligence, merchant onboarding, continuous monitoring, educational resources, professional services, scam detection, and automated risk management. Rochelle Blease, president of G2RS, commented that integrating EverC’s marketplace expertise and AI will “fortify online marketplaces against escalating threats, strengthening what has become the circulatory system of global e-commerce.”

Brian Longe, chief executive officer of G2RS, stated that the combined organization will leverage proven AI and expertise to “raise the industry standard for e-commerce risk innovation.” He also noted that G2RS now serves nearly every major payment provider worldwide, with offices located in the U.

S., Europe, India, and Israel.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction involved several advisors: DLA Piper LLP and PJT acted as legal and financial advisors to G2RS, respectively, while Deutsche Bank served as financial advisor to EverC, and Meitar acted as its legal advisor.

G2 Risk Solutions specializes in risk and compliance business intelligence for financial institutions and online platforms, offering solutions for merchant risk, identity verification, digital commerce risk, bankruptcy risk, credit risk, and regulatory reporting.
