Filigran, a cybersecurity company specializing in AI-driven threat intelligence and risk management, has successfully closed a $58 million Series C funding round.

Established three years ago, Filigran has experienced rapid growth, culminating in this latest investment led by Eurazeo, Insight Partners, Accel, and Deutsche Telekom’s T.

Capital.

The new capital will primarily be allocated to accelerating product development, expanding its research and engineering teams, and facilitating global scaling initiatives. This includes plans to establish new offices in Saudi Arabia and Japan, triple its U.

S. headcount, and reinforce its market presence within the DACH region.

A significant portion of the funding will also support the continued development of OpenGRC, an open-source platform designed for cyber risk management, and XTM One, an agentic AI system aimed at automating threat analysis and enhancing decision-making capabilities for security teams.
