Amsterdam-based fintech Factris announced on September 12, 2025, that it has secured a €100 million funding facility from Dutch neobank Brand New Day Bank, aimed at expanding its invoice factoring services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe.
The securitisation facility with Brand New Day Bank is designed to scale substantially, aligning with the increasing demand from SMEs. This funding will directly support Factris’ invoice factoring operations, enabling more businesses to access working capital and foster growth.
Founded in 2017 and led by CEO Brian Reaves, Factris provides a service that allows SMEs to convert unpaid invoices into working capital. The company currently supports businesses in nine countries and manages receivables from debtors across 27 markets, primarily within the European Union. Factris maintains operational hubs in the Netherlands and, following its 2019 acquisition of Debifo, also in Lithuania, and is actively pursuing further EU expansion.
This agreement with Brand New Day Bank builds on a previous €50 million funding line Factris secured from Aegon Asset Management two years prior. Other financial backers of Factris include Speedinvest and Optima Investments.
