Enzoic Partner Network Expands to Over 100 Companies, Bolstering Dark Web Credential Protection Efforts Since 2024 Launch

Since its inception in 2024, Enzoic’s Partner Network has grown to include more than 100 companies, providing solutions designed to protect customers from the widespread threat of stolen passwords and compromised credentials originating from the Dark Web.

The expansion addresses a critical cybersecurity challenge, as the 2025 Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR) identified stolen credentials as the primary access vector in security incidents, accounting for 88% of basic web application attacks. Enzoic’s approach involves continuous monitoring of credential integrity by scanning the Dark Web using a combination of automated and proprietary threat intelligence. This allows the company to alert its partners to newly exposed data, preventing its weaponization in customer environments.

In 2025, Enzoic’s solutions played a role in mitigating several security vulnerabilities for its partners. For instance, 59% of partner activity involved password change blocks, where the solution actively prevents users from selecting unsafe, previously compromised, or weak passwords during creation or reset processes. By identifying exposed credentials in its database and employing fuzzy matching, Enzoic ensures users choose more secure alternatives.

Furthermore, the issue of compromised passwords, often resulting from employees reusing credentials across multiple accounts, constituted 16% of Enzoic’s partner efforts last year. The solution detects credential exposure during the login process, automatically prompting a reset or other customized remediation measures as configured by the respective organizations.

Enzoic’s Active Directory data analysis also identified nearly 10,000 incidents of password sharing among users, offering partners actionable insights to address this vulnerability. Additionally, identifying and eliminating stale user accounts, which can retain elevated privileges and create entry points for attackers, accounted for 20% of the company’s partner focus in 2025.

Mike Green, CEO of Enzoic, emphasized the ongoing threat: “Stolen credentials as a threat vector are certainly nothing new, but that doesn’t make their impact any less devastating. Particularly as infostealers become more prominent and further compress the timeline between data theft and account takeover, companies need an automated solution to identify credential compromise before it’s too late.” He added that the network enables partners to provide near real-time insights, enhancing authentication security and keeping Dark Web data out of customer environments.

Matt Killian, sales manager at BorderLAN Security, underscored the value of the partnership, stating: “Schools, cities, and businesses throughout the country entrust us with cybersecurity protection against today’s barrage of threats. Our partnership with Enzoic is key to addressing one of the most pervasive vulnerabilities—stolen credentials. Their solution enables us to alert customers when compromised passwords are in use, ensuring they can act before this data leads to a breach.”

Enzoic’s compromised credential screening operates continuously and in the background, aiming to strengthen customers’ security posture without introducing additional friction or disrupting existing authentication systems. The company protects organizations by monitoring for credentials and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) exposed through data breaches, malware campaigns, and Dark Web sources, integrating seamlessly into Active Directory and authentication workflows to block stolen credentials in real-time.
