Docutech, a First American brand and provider of loan lifecycle document, eSign, eClose, and print fulfillment technology, announced its products and solutions are now integrated with ICE Mortgage Technology’s Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) platform. This integration, utilizing EPC’s latest API framework, aims to streamline access for lenders and investors by offering improved disclosure tracking and automated service ordering. The integration leverages EPC APIs and Partner Document Delivery to provide direct access to Docutech’s solutions within Encompass. These solutions include document generation, eSign, eNote, eVault, remote online notarization (RON), and in-person electronic notarization (IPEN), designed to offer a secure and efficient experience. This new integration facilitates a digital, compliant workflow for mortgage closings through process automation and reduced errors with real-time syncing. Digital assets become accessible within the EPC platform, intended to reduce administrative tasks, simplify document management, and enhance the overall client experience. Pam Forrester, senior vice president of First American Mortgage Solutions, highlighted the benefits, stating, “This single integration simplifies access to our innovative solutions to help clients optimize efficiency, enhance compliance, and create an outstanding borrower experience.” She added, “We’re committed to continually enhancing the value we deliver to our clients across origination, post-closing and servicing.” Jenny Martin, director of Partner Integrations at Docutech, emphasized the consolidation aspect of the new integration. “Historically, Docutech has offered many integrations into Encompass. With EPC, we’ll be able to provide one solution for all our Encompass integrations, which will provide an accelerated workflow process and improved client experience overall,” Martin noted. Docutech, a First American brand, specializes in technology and services for lenders across the loan lifecycle, including origination, servicing, and default. The company provides tools for document generation, research, and management. Further information regarding this integration will be available at Booth 707 during ICE Experience 2026 in Las Vegas, scheduled for March 16-18.
