Dispersive Completes HIPAA Compliance Examination for Stealth Networking Platform

Atlanta, GA – Dispersive Holdings, Inc. (Dispersive), a provider of stealth networking and post-quantum resilient communications solutions, announced the successful completion of an independent HIPAA compliance examination. The assessment, conducted by Johanson Group LLP, evaluated Dispersive’s virtual networking platform against the requirements outlined in the HIPAA Audit Program.

The examination affirmed that Dispersive has identified and addressed risks associated with HIPAA compliance, implementing a control framework designed to safeguard electronic protected health information (ePHI). This development is intended to reassure healthcare organizations, including providers, telemedicine platforms, pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organizations (CROs), and critical infrastructure environments, regarding the protection of sensitive clinical, operational, research, and patient data across distributed networks.

Dispersive’s stealth networking platform operates by obfuscating and splitting traffic across multiple dynamic network paths. This approach aims to make communications difficult to detect, intercept, or disrupt. The resulting overlay network offers zero-trust access, multi-path resilience, and quantum-resistant encryption without requiring organizations to replace existing infrastructure.

Rajiv Pimplaskar, CEO of Dispersive, stated, “Healthcare organizations cannot afford an attack surface. The stakes are too high. Our stealth networking architecture ensures that users, devices, and the network edge are invisible, and sensitive data flows are resilient and encrypted. Completing this HIPAA examination further validates our ability to help healthcare and life sciences organizations securely connect staff, systems, and cloud environments without expanding the attack surface.”

Healthcare organizations are increasingly focused on network architectures that can isolate sensitive systems and clinical workloads, protect remote care delivery and hybrid workforce access, reduce exposure to ransomware and OT/IoT threats, support secure multi-cloud and AI-assisted workflows, and ensure continuity during outages and degradation events. Dispersive’s HIPAA examination underscores its focus on compliance and secure-by-design networking for regulated industries.

Dispersive, founded on research from DARPA and supported by 53 issued patents, specializes in multipath software that dynamically splits and obscures traffic across changing channels. The company’s technology is utilized by defense, intelligence, and high-security enterprises for secure connectivity.
