Corpay, Inc. (NYSE: CPAY), a global corporate payments company, has launched USCIS Navigator, an automated payment solution designed to assist U.

S. immigration law firms in securely and efficiently processing payments to the U.

S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in anticipation of a significant regulatory change.

The introduction of USCIS Navigator directly addresses an upcoming USCIS mandate, effective October 28, 2025, which will no longer accept check payments for immigration filings. This new solution aims to transition law firms from manual, paper-based payment methods to a secure, card-enabled system that automates payment processing, reconciliation, and compliance.

USCIS Navigator integrates with a firm’s existing billing system, automatically extracting invoice and payment data into a user interface. Each filing fee is then linked to a unique, single-use virtual credit card. The system further streamlines operations by auto-generating the required USCIS Form G-1450 (credit card authorization), transposing all relevant payment and case data and eliminating the need for manual check preparation and data entry.

Anthony F. Loiacono Jr., Managing Director of Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, stated, “We created USCIS Navigator in direct response to feedback from our legal clients who were facing an immediate operational challenge. Our long-standing relationships within the legal community allowed us to understand the challenge, act quickly and build a best-in-class tool that not only solves the problem at hand, but also enhances efficiency, transparency, and cash flow management across their practices.”Transactions are securely processed through Corpay’s commercial card program, providing real-time updates as payments are processed by USCIS. This end-to-end automation offers law firms comprehensive visibility into matter-specific payments, real-time tracking, and secure, traceable transactions. Key benefits include simplified payment creation and form generation, improved reconciliation through tracking virtual card payments from charge to settlement, increased security by reducing the exchange of sensitive banking information, and financial rewards through monthly cash rebates on card usage volume.

Danny Martucci, President and GM of Corpay Commercial Cards, commented on the internal collaboration, saying, “This is a great example of collaboration within the Corpay family. Our Cross-Border and card divisions worked closely together to bring this product to market quickly and securely, leveraging our combined expertise to support clients with innovative payment solutions that meet their evolving needs.”Now live and in the market, USCIS Navigator is currently being utilized by several leading immigration law firms across the United States. It helps these firms simplify their payment operations while maintaining compliance with the new USCIS payment protocols. Corpay, Inc. (NYSE: CPAY) is a global S&P500 corporate payments company that assists businesses and consumers in managing various expenses, including vehicle, travel, and payables.
