AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS has collaborated with Dell Technologies to introduce the GaiaB™ Appliance, a new Generative AI solution designed to automate business processes and operations securely on-premises or in private cloud environments.
The GaiaB™ Appliance comes pre-integrated with Dell PowerEdge servers, offering a comprehensive solution that combines infrastructure and software within a secure, scalable device. This design enables businesses, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large multinational organizations in both public and private sectors, to leverage advanced AI technologies while maintaining high levels of performance, flexibility, and data protection. Its modular architecture facilitates gradual and cost-effective infrastructure upgrades, allowing for the addition of System On-a-Chip (SOC) server units or more powerful server units tailored to specific business requirements.
The solution’s capability to operate in isolated networks, often referred to as air-gapped environments, ensures that sensitive data remains within the organization under full local control, without requiring internet connectivity. The GaiaB™ Appliance can integrate with corporate email systems, file-sharing platforms like SharePoint, and internal databases, enabling the creation of intelligent services that consolidate information from multiple sources with zero coding. Indicative applications include the automatic sorting and forwarding of incoming customer requests via email or mail post, intelligent control and optimization of call center performance to correct data recording and request processing errors, generating summaries and action items from meeting recordings, analyzing documents to automate approvals and guide customers with incomplete documentation, and intelligent storage of documents and images that can be searched using open or descriptive queries in any language.
