Apromore Launches AI-Driven Copilot for Performance Insights in Latest Platform Update

Share It:

Apromore, a global provider of process intelligence and AI-driven business process optimization solutions based in Melbourne, Australia, and New York, has launched Copilot for Performance Insights. This new generative AI assistant is the latest addition to its portfolio and a key feature in the version 10.4 platform update, designed to assist business and operations leaders in identifying process bottlenecks, benchmarking team performance, and prioritizing automation opportunities through data-driven insights.

Copilot for Performance Insights allows business users to pose natural-language questions for diagnostic and comparative performance analysis. Examples include inquiries about regional claim resolution times, rework attribution, comparisons of rework rates between email and online claims in specific quarters, and identification of role capacity bottlenecks. The system provides clear, statistically backed answers, enabling organizations to compare performance across regions, channels, and product lines to reduce costs, enhance SLA compliance, and scale customer-centric practices.

Early adoption has shown measurable benefits. One global insurance provider reported a significant reduction in rework rates within two months of piloting the solution. A financial services firm utilized Apromore Copilot to pinpoint best practices across five regions, resulting in decreased complaint resolution times and lower error rates.

Prof. Marlon Dumas, Apromore Co-Founder and CPO, stated, “Executives don’t want more dashboards, they need answers they can trust. Apromore Copilot transforms process optimization into a conversation, so leaders can quickly diagnose what’s wrong, learn from what’s working, and act with speed and confidence.”

Since its introduction in 2024, the Apromore Copilot portfolio has expanded to include Copilot for Process Discovery, which streamlines ‘as-is’ process discovery and analysis; Copilot for Simulation, for testing ‘what-if’ scenarios; and Copilot for Process Optimization, which recommends prescriptive actions to prevent KPI breaches. These capabilities aim to make enterprise-grade AI-driven process intelligence accessible to non-technical users, enabling them to navigate models, diagnose compliance risks, and optimize processes through conversational interaction.

According to Brandee Sanders, Chief Marketing Officer at Apromore, “As AI matures, the differentiator isn’t just intelligence, it’s trust. With Copilot for Performance Insights, we’re making AI actionable, auditable, and enterprise-ready.” Apromore Copilot distinguishes itself by combining generative AI with process mining and simulation, ensuring that every recommendation is explainable, reproducible, and auditable.

The release of Copilot for Performance Insights is part of Apromore’s version 10.4 update, which also introduces Task Screenshot Capture-and-Replay, a feature designed to automatically capture and replay user interactions correlated to specific tasks for faster, more accurate task analysis. Additionally, a Process Model Syntax & Style Checker has been added to automatically validate process models against modeling standards.

Apromore specializes in AI-powered process intelligence solutions that integrate process mining, task mining, simulation, and predictive monitoring. The company has been recognized as a 3X Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Process Mining Platforms and a 2X Leader in Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® for Process Mining Products, serving global enterprises across finance, healthcare, and energy.
