Ambrook, a US-based financial management platform tailored for independent family-run businesses, has announced the successful completion of a $30 million Series B funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $59 million.

The funding round was led by Lachy Groom, former head of Stripe Issuing, with additional participation from industry figures including Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Akshay Kothari (co-founder of Notion), and Tomer London (co-founder of Gusto). Thomson Reuters Ventures, Thrive Capital, Field Ventures, and Cameron Ventures also joined the round.

Founded in 2020, Ambrook specifically targets sectors such as agriculture, ranching, trucking, construction, and property management, which it identifies as underserved by existing financial tools. The platform integrates bookkeeping, payments, business insights, and cash management functionalities, allowing users to manage receipts, pay bills, and send invoices from a single interface.

This latest investment follows Ambrook’s $26.1 million Series A round in July 2025. Since that time, the company has seen its customer base grow from 2,500 to over 8,000 businesses across all 50 US states.

Ambrook plans to utilize the new capital to further product development, enhance its artificial intelligence capabilities, and expand its integrated payments and cash management offerings.
