Ambler Brook, a Boston-based private investment firm, has announced a strategic growth investment in Claimify, a national provider of tech-enabled solutions for the disability insurance industry. This investment will facilitate Claimify’s integration with Tower MSA Partners, another Ambler Brook portfolio company, to form a combined technology-forward platform.
Claimify, founded in 2014, along with its affiliated companies, specializes in delivering data-driven cost optimization and technology-enabled solutions to group disability insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured enterprises across the U.
S. The company assists customers and their members in navigating complex governmental benefit, settlement, and overpayment facilitation processes through innovative solutions.
Tower MSA Partners, established in 2011, is recognized for its Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance technology and settlement services. Its client base includes large self-insured enterprises, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. The merger of Claimify and Tower MSA Partners aims to create a scaled platform that serves these entities at the intersection of disability and workers’ compensation.
