Gannett and AddressUSA Announce Multi-Year Partnership to Power USA TODAY Network Real Estate Portal

NEW YORK, NY – Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) has entered into a multi-year agreement with AddressUSA to launch an online real estate portal across its USA TODAY Network, encompassing USA TODAY and over 200 local publications nationwide.

Under the agreement, AddressUSA’s property listings will be integrated throughout the USA TODAY Network, appearing alongside editorial content covering topics such as home buying, selling, decorating, and improvement. AddressUSA, a real estate technology firm, provides smart technology combined with human support to offer current and prospective homeowners accurate property pricing information, access to real human insights for home valuations, vendor connections, and agent support.

Mike Reed, Gannett Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Our mission is to deliver the content our communities need and want. Real estate information and tools are important for our audience of 195 million average monthly unique visitors as they search for a home to buy or sell or simply want to explore properties as real estate enthusiasts. The collaboration aims to provide consumers with comprehensive information for significant financial decisions related to homeownership, by combining AddressUSA’s innovative search tools and technology with content from Gannett’s network of journalists.
