Navitus, a transparent pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), has announced a partnership with Grokker, an employee wellbeing engagement solution, to expand its digital health offerings for clients and members.
This collaboration aims to support whole-person health by providing access to Grokker’s platform, which offers holistic content focused on physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. The solution is designed to be accessible through various devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones, and features customizable challenges to encourage user engagement.
Navitus, established over two decades ago by Navitus Health Solutions, LLC, is recognized as a transparent, pass-through PBM. Its model focuses on bringing clarity to drug pricing and removing costs from the drug supply chain by passing complete savings to clients. Owned by SSM Health and Costco, Navitus Health Solutions serves more than 18 million lives across 800 clients, including employers, unions, government plans, payors, and health systems.
Grokker’s platform contains thousands of hours of content designed to help individuals achieve personalized health goals. Data indicates users engage with the application for an average of 625 minutes per month. Reported outcomes include 90% of users feeling more energized and 80% gaining effective tools to manage anxiety. The company also states its solution has strengthened retention by 68%, tripled engagement, and reduced the burden on HR teams for clients like Delta Air Lines, Pfizer, Target, and Domino’s, across more than 179 countries.
Diana Gibson Pace, Chief Growth Officer at Navitus, commented on the partnership, stating, “Supporting whole-person health as a foundation to overall wellbeing is why the mission of Grokker has resonated. Working together as partners to expand our offering furthers our commitment to help employers support their employees—anytime, anywhere.”
Lorna Borenstein, Founder and CEO of Grokker, added, “Healthy employees are happier, more engaged and more productive. Grokker gives them the tools they need to take charge of their health and employers see these impacts along with greater utilization of wellbeing benefits. We’re excited to partner with Navitus toward a shared goal of improving the wellbeing of their member population.”
This solution is currently available to Navitus commercial employers.
