Zinnia Completes Core AnnuityNet Migration to AWS for Enhanced Performance

Zinnia, a life and annuity (L&A) insurance technology company, has announced the migration of its core order entry solution, AnnuityNet, to Amazon Web Services (AWS), aiming to enhance performance, resilience, and scalability for annuity distribution in the U.S.The migration means Zinnia, which processes over 55% of annuities submitted by the bank and broker-dealer community in the U.S., now operates its core AnnuityNet solution on AWS infrastructure. This strategic move is intended to modernize the technology infrastructure supporting annuity distribution, providing Zinnia’s clients with improved performance, resilience, and scalability across the ecosystem. The company notes these benefits are timely given the current market demand for increased speed, efficiency, and collaboration.Hilani Kerr, Head of Wealth and Distribution Platforms at Zinnia, stated, “At Zinnia, innovation drives how we deliver solutions that make annuities more accessible.
