Zocks, an AI assistant for financial services, has introduced Document Intelligence, a new capability designed to automate the processing of client documents and data population in CRM and financial planning systems, integrating with eMoney Advisor. The new feature aims to address the significant time spent by financial advisors on manual document review and data entry.
Zocks Document Intelligence enables advisors to upload client documents, which the AI then reads, summarizes, and structures before syncing the data directly into appropriate fields in eMoney. This process, which previously could take hours, is now completed in minutes, facilitating faster client onboarding and earlier delivery of financial advice. This new functionality expands upon Zocks’ existing two-way integration with eMoney, which launched in June and supports automated data population in eMoney’s ‘Facts’ section from client conversations, plan updates based on client life changes, and email responses leveraging current eMoney plan data.
The capabilities of Zocks Document Intelligence include accelerating client onboarding by converting new client documentation into structured data for eMoney, with user control over data synchronization. It aims to eliminate hours of manual work by extracting critical planning data such as income, assets, beneficiaries, and account numbers, mapping them to eMoney fields. The system also helps ensure consistency across teams through firm-approved templates for paperwork processing, and offers an “Ask Anything” feature for instant answers about processed documents. By reclaiming time from manual data entry, advisors may serve more clients, deliver faster plan updates, and grow assets under management.
The new capability utilizes Zocks’ templating framework, allowing firms to create custom document summary templates that align with eMoney data fields. Upon document upload, Zocks automatically detects the document type, applies the relevant template, and generates a summary in under 60 seconds, even for complex, multi-page records. Built-in safeguards, such as alerts for data mismatches with client profiles, are included to support data accuracy and compliance. The system supports various file formats, including structured PDFs, scanned documents, and photos.
Mark Gilbert, CEO of Zocks, stated that the company built Zocks to enhance every stage of the client journey. He added that the firm is now integrating AI efficiencies more deeply into operational infrastructure, aiming to amplify human productivity at points where advisors interact with clients and their data.
Ricky Illigasch, Vice President of Product Management at eMoney Advisor, noted that eMoney is the first planning platform to offer access to Document Intelligence through the Zocks integration and expressed eagerness for joint clients to leverage the new feature for streamlined planning. He also affirmed eMoney’s ongoing investment in new and enhanced integrations to improve the planning experience.
Drew DiMarino, Chief Revenue Officer at Zocks, mentioned that Document Intelligence extends AI automation beyond meeting preparation and note-taking into document data mapping, which is critical yet time-consuming work. He emphasized that by deepening the integration with eMoney, Zocks is assisting advisors in acquiring more new clients and delivering financial plans, advice, and results more quickly.
Zocks Document Intelligence is currently available for users of Zocks and eMoney. The companies will co-host a live webinar on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET, to demonstrate the new capability.
