Zocks and Wealth.com Partner to Streamline Estate Planning for Financial Advisors with AI Integration

Share It:

Zocks, an AI assistant for financial advisors, and Wealth.com, a planning platform for wealth management firms, have announced a new partnership featuring a two-way integration designed to automate and accelerate the estate planning process for clients. The integration allows Zocks to capture client conversation details, such as family tree information, asset titling, gifting, and beneficiary plans, and automatically sync these directly to Wealth.com. This process significantly reduces the manual data entry and follow-up traditionally required, aiming to complete updates and process estate planning documents in minutes rather than hours or days. Additionally, the integration facilitates data retrieval from Wealth.com into Zocks, including quiz responses, document progress, and existing recommendations. This enables advisors to prepare for meetings, generate follow-ups, and respond to emails with current client information without needing to switch between systems. The goal is to enhance efficiency, allowing advisors to service more clients and potentially increase business opportunities. For example, prior to a client meeting, Zocks can pull key information from Wealth.com, such as document status and estate-planning context, into a concise client summary. During the conversation, Zocks captures relevant estate planning specifics. Immediately after the meeting, these details are converted into structured data for single-click updates in Wealth.com, enabling quicker completion of personalized plans. Mark Gilbert, CEO of Zocks, stated that AI is fundamentally changing the economics of estate planning by automating administrative tasks. He noted that the partnership allows advisors to deliver comprehensive estate planning services without increasing operational overhead, enabling them to serve more clients and capitalize on opportunities faster. Danny Lohrfink, Chief Product Officer at Wealth.com, emphasized the importance of accurate documentation in estate planning, covering beneficiaries, trusts, and asset structures. He added that combining Wealth.com’s planning infrastructure with Zocks’ ability to capture conversational nuances creates a client experience that is both personal and precise. The new two-way integration is currently available to users of both Zocks and Wealth.com. The companies plan to co-host a live webinar on February 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET, to demonstrate the integration and show how advisors can connect estate planning conversations directly to workflows. Zocks offers a privacy-first AI Assistant designed for financial services, aiming to save advisors significant time by automating administrative tasks such as meeting preparation, notes, intake forms, client emails, and document processing. The platform integrates with various systems and provides enterprise-ready controls, converting client conversations into structured data and insights. Firms like Carson Group, Osaic, Kestra Financial, and Ameritas utilize Zocks. Wealth.com is an estate and tax planning platform developed for wealth management firms, enabling them to scale planning guidance.
