Recognizing the rapid technological advancements in aircraft leasing, Lease Logic, Inc. and Zeevo Group collaborated to introduce Fly Forward®, a next-generation lease and asset management system. This system is designed to provide real-time portfolio visibility, automated lease and fleet data, and executive-ready financial, technical, and marketing reports. Launched with Aviator Capital as its initial customer, Fly Forward® is gaining broader industry adoption, with the Zeevo team serving as the lead implementor and integrator. The system includes a two-way integration with Aerflow, a technical records and utilization tracking system, enhancing client efficiencies, collaboration, compliance, and asset value management through its native Microsoft technologies architecture. Johnsen emphasized, “Fly Forward reflects how lessors operate. It was built by lessors, for lessors, to support better decisions without forcing aircraft lessors to adapt to technology that wasn’t designed for their business.”
Zeevo served as an execution partner and global program management office for leading aircraft lessors and other clients on complex, high-stakes initiatives. The firm orchestrated multi-system implementations across accounting, lease and asset management, and financial planning platforms. It aligned stakeholders from Finance, Technical, Marketing, Contracts, IT, Operations, and audit, managing multiple service providers to ensure programs and projects were delivered on time and ready for scale. Additionally, Zeevo provided lease and asset operations managed services and executive-ready reporting, which strengthened control environments, improved automation, and translated complex operational and financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for boardrooms and market applications. Johnsen stated that “across engagements, clients gain confidence that critical initiatives are being executed with rigor and care—allowing leadership teams to stay focused while Zeevo manages the complexity.”
In 2025, Zeevo expanded its core capabilities, enhanced internal operations, and formalized roles to focus on disciplined execution, scalable processes, and consistent delivery amidst the firm’s growth. The expansion included broadened managed services and implementation capabilities across aircraft leasing operations, such as lease and asset data management, system selection, and end-to-end deployment across various finance, asset management, and technical records platforms. The firm also strengthened dedicated accounting and controls leadership, established a structured client success function, and created specialized “deal decoder” roles to translate commercial and technical documentation into accurate, system-ready operational data. Advancements in automation and data-enabled workflows were made, with an emphasis on practical application, data quality, and accountability, supported by structured training and adoption check-ins. Operations leadership and support personnel were added, alongside refinements to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing practices. “Together, these enhancements reinforced Zeevo’s internal foundation, enabling greater consistency, resilience, and scalability in support of client work,” Johnsen noted.
Beyond client engagements, the Zeevo team remained active in the community. This included participation in industry events, ongoing support for the ISTAT Foundation, and volunteering for local non-profit organizations and board service. The firm also supported early-career and internship programs to provide hands-on exposure for future leaders.
