Xsolla, a global commerce company for game developers, has announced the upcoming launch of its LiveOps Management Suite. This new tool is designed to enable development and monetization teams to build and operate direct-to-consumer (D2C) LiveOps using a visual canvas within their existing Xsolla Publisher Account.
The Xsolla LiveOps Management Suite aims to enhance the efficiency of managing and defining campaigns and offers within existing Web Shops. It is specifically tailored for D2C channels, ensuring that campaigns are launched, synchronized, and operated with full visibility and collaboration across both web and in-game platforms. Studios can operate their entire D2C LiveOps conveniently through a single interface, allowing for continuous performance improvement via behavior-driven personalization, dynamic trigger-action campaigns, and real-time adjustments. This approach seeks to create a more agile LiveOps workflow, delivering relevant experiences to players while maximizing long-term revenue.
Key features of the Xsolla LiveOps Management Suite include flexible data utilization for player segmentation, enabling delivery of relevant offers and content. It also supports scheduled launches for campaigns and promotional activities, with a calendar view for tracking and management, which can help reduce team overload. The suite facilitates dynamic trigger-action campaigns that automate responses based on player behavior, game events, or specific timings, guided by a system of cooldowns and priorities to maintain offer relevance without overwhelming users. Additionally, it provides campaign templates based on top-performing Web Shop scenarios, acting as an intelligent assistant to suggest relevant templates or allow custom logic creation. Actionable campaign analytics are available to track performance at campaign and item levels for strategy refinement and revenue optimization. The Xsolla LiveOps Management Suite is complimentary for Xsolla clients and integrates natively with existing solutions by adding campaign automation, data segmentation, and LiveOps syncing.
Chris Hewish, President at Xsolla, commented on the new offering, stating, “Game developers need to act fast, test ideas, and personalize at scale—but traditional tools are often too technical, rigid, or disconnected. With Xsolla LiveOps Management Suite, we’re removing those barriers. It synchronizes LiveOps activities seamlessly across web and in-game platforms, directly translating player insights into actionable monetization strategies. This new platform gives studios the speed, flexibility, and insight they need to grow D2C revenue and deliver exceptional player experiences all without code.”
The Xsolla LiveOps Management Suite is currently in beta, with early access underway for select studios managing real-time campaigns. The platform is slated for a public showcase at Gamescom 2025. This launch aligns with Xsolla’s commitment to assisting developers in reducing friction, driving revenue, and expanding global reach through scalable, low-code, and no-code solutions tailored for the gaming industry.
