XiFin, Inc., a leader in revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions enhanced with embedded artificial intelligence (AI), has obtained HITRUST i1 Certification for multiple platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure, reinforcing its commitment to rigorous information security standards for sensitive healthcare and financial data. The certification addresses current and emerging cyber threats through a curated set of security controls.
This i1 certification applies to XiFin’s Pharmacy Clinical Documentation and Workflow System, Clinical Opportunity Messaging System, and Pharmacy Claims Processing and Reporting Systems. These systems are integral to the XiFin Empower portfolio, supporting pharmacies in expanding clinical services, engaging patients through intelligent communication, and improving reimbursement. They streamline clinical documentation and workflow, automate the identification of patient care opportunities, and optimize claim processing and billing, aiming to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency from initial patient encounter to final bill.
The XiFin Empower portfolio includes purpose-built, cloud-based solutions designed for healthcare organizations such as diagnostic laboratories, imaging centers, pharmacies, hospitals, and specialty practices. By integrating AI-enabled RCM, outsourced billing, and advanced information systems, XiFin seeks to reduce administrative burden, accelerate claims processing, and connect data across the healthcare ecosystem, resulting in stronger financial performance, higher operational efficiency, and improved patient experiences.
Another component of the XiFin Empower portfolio, XiFin Empower RCM, earned its second two-year HITRUST r2 certification in 2024. Achieving this certification further builds upon XiFin’s established security framework.
