Xerox has announced the introduction of Xerox TriShield 360 Cyber Solution, a comprehensive cybersecurity offering developed with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR. This solution is designed to provide enterprise-grade protection and cyber risk management for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), integrating advanced detection, continuous monitoring, and financial protection.
The new offering combines technology from Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR for real-time threat detection and response, 24/7 monitoring from Lumifi’s Security Operations Center (SOC), and cyber insurance coverage provided by The Hartford, brokered by Aon. The solution aims to simplify cybersecurity management for SMBs by unifying multiple tools and services into one platform.
Munu Gandhi, president of Xerox IT Solutions, stated, “Cybersecurity and cyber risk management are business imperatives for organizations of every size. With Xerox TriShield 360 Cyber Solution, we’re empowering SMBs with the same level of protection that large enterprises rely on. Delivered through the Xerox trusted services ecosystem, this launch reflects our commitment to helping clients operate more securely and efficiently.”
The Xerox TriShield 360 Cyber Solution is intended for tens of thousands of SMB clients supported directly by Xerox and those within its partner network. Key features include real-time threat detection and response powered by Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR, which achieved a 99% threat prevention and response rate in recent third-party testing by AVC EPR Report. The solution also leverages AI-driven analytics and automated remediation through Cortex XDR for intelligent threat management, alongside continuous 24/7 monitoring by Lumifi’s SOC.
Mitesh Patel, vice president of Ecosystems and Tech Activation at Palo Alto Networks, commented, “Our mission at Palo Alto Networks is to make each day safer and more secure than the one before. Cortex XDR enables thousands of the world’s most demanding security teams with industry-leading protection to make this mission possible. We’re excited to put our unmatched capabilities in the hands of even more SMB and mid-market organizations through this collaboration with Xerox IT Solutions, so they, too, can enjoy the protection and safeguards typically attainable only by elite security teams.”
Anthony Dolce, The Hartford’s head of Professional Liability, Cyber, and Technology Errors & Omissions coverage, added, “At The Hartford, we understand how critical both prevention of, and response to, a cyberattack are for customers. We continue to invest in proactive risk management tools that help our customers stay resilient. Our coverage is designed specifically for small- and medium-sized businesses and delivers enterprise-wide support for data breaches, ransomware, business interruption and regulatory compliance.”
Developed for SMBs, the solution provides scalable protection without the complexities or costs typically associated with traditional enterprise-level security. The cyber and incident response insurance offered by The Hartford, brokered by Aon, further supports clients in recovering from cyber incidents.
In 2025, Xerox acquired Lexmark, which expanded its global footprint and strengthened its service capabilities. The Xerox TriShield 360 Cyber Solution will be distributed through Xerox’s direct sales organization and its channel partners, including the Lexmark channel ecosystem.
