WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT), a global financial innovator, reported its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025, showing $144.5 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) as of December 31, 2025. This marks a 5.3% increase from the prior quarter, driven by market appreciation and AUM from the acquisition of Ceres Partners, LLC, partially offset by net outflows. For the full year 2025, the firm achieved $8.5 billion in net inflows and approximately 8% organic growth. The company also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, payable on February 25, 2026, to stockholders of record as of February 11, 2026.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, WisdomTree reported net income of $40.0 million, or $41.2 million as adjusted. Operating revenues reached $147.4 million, an increase of 17.4% from the preceding quarter. This growth was attributed to revenues from the Ceres acquisition, higher average AUM, and increased revenues from European listed exchange-traded products (ETPs). The adjusted revenue yield for the quarter was 0.42%, a four-basis-point increase, also due to the Ceres acquisition. The adjusted gross margin improved to 83.2%, up one point from the prior quarter, and the adjusted operating income margin rose to 41.7%, a 3.4-point increase.

Jarrett Lilien, WisdomTree’s COO and President, noted the firm’s strong momentum at the close of 2025, citing model portfolios and Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) as significant growth engines, with model AUA exceeding $6 billion. Lilien also highlighted continued strength in ETFs and initial progress in digital assets and private markets, positioning the company for sustained growth into 2026. Jonathan Steinberg, WisdomTree CEO, reinforced this sentiment, stating that initiatives like models, tokenized assets, and private markets have transitioned into established businesses, contributing to current momentum while still in early growth stages.

The acquisition of Ceres Partners, LLC, completed on October 1, 2025, was a key factor in WisdomTree’s expansion into private markets, specifically the U.

S. farmland platform. The acquisition involved an aggregate consideration of $275 million in cash at closing, plus contingent consideration of up to $225 million payable in 2030, tied to Ceres Partners, LLC achieving specific revenue growth targets.

WisdomTree also expanded its tokenization ecosystem to Solana in January 2026, aiming to increase access to Real World Assets (RWA). The company’s digital asset platforms, WisdomTree Prime® and WisdomTree Connect™, continue to support its offerings, including the recently launched WisdomTree Equity Premium Income Digital Fund (Token: EPXC) for retail and institutional investors. WisdomTree Digital Movement, Inc. operates WisdomTree Connect and WisdomTree Prime services as a federally registered money services business and state-licensed money transmitter, while WisdomTree Digital Trust Company, LLC is chartered by the New York State Department of Financial Services for virtual currency business.

Product innovation continued with several launches and registrations from November 2025 through January 2026. S. Equity Fund (WTLS) on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). The WisdomTree Global Ex-USA Quality Dividend Growth UCITS ETF (XUSA) was cross-listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.

The company received multiple accolades, including being honored as ETF Issuer of the Year and WisdomTree Prime® being named Best Crypto Wallet at the 2025 Benzinga Fintech Day Awards in November 2025. The WisdomTree Europe Defence UCITS ETF (WDEF) received Best Thematic ETF and ETF Launch of the Year at the 2025 ETF Stream Awards. Additionally, WisdomTree was recognized by Pensions & Investments as a 2025 Best Places to Work in Money Management for the sixth consecutive year, ranking first in the large-employer category for firms with 100–499 employees.

Steinberg reiterated the company’s strong position with a diversified and scalable platform driving growth across various asset classes, geographies, and channels. He concluded that with disciplined execution and improved guidance, WisdomTree enters 2026 confident in the durability of its strategy and its long-term compounding potential.
