Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS®) and Wescom Resources, a wholly owned credit union service organization (CUSO) of Wescom Financial, have announced a new business partnership establishing Wescom Resources as the preferred nationwide hosting partner for FICS’ full suite of mortgage software solutions. As part of this collaboration, Wescom Resources will host key FICS products including Mortgage Servicer®, Commercial Servicer®, and Loan Producer®, alongside FICS’ complementary reporting and document management services.
This agreement represents an evolution of the long-standing relationship between the two organizations, which spans over 20 years. Wescom Resources has historically provided hosting services for FICS systems to credit unions and other financial institutions across the country. Under the new partnership, Wescom Resources will continue to provide FICS software clients with comprehensive system hosting, data storage, updates, backups, and management of FICS platforms. Additionally, Wescom Resources offers API-driven automations designed to enable FICS clients to process their data efficiently and securely.
The hosting solution from Wescom Resources aims to support FICS clients in advancing their cloud strategies by utilizing a responsive infrastructure that adapts to evolving user and technology requirements. The two organizations plan to collaborate closely on product and system planning, and will provide system implementation, integration, and ongoing support services to their mutual clients.
