Webcash Global, a South Korean B2B fintech company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CyberLogitec Vietnam, a subsidiary of CyberLogitec, to expand its B2B fintech operations in Vietnam. The partnership aims to facilitate digital transformation within the financial, logistics, and operational processes for Vietnamese companies by integrating specialized financial and ERP systems.
The agreement outlines a collaboration to leverage the technological expertise and industry networks of both companies. The focus will be on developing an integrated platform that connects Webcash Global’s corporate financial solutions with CyberLogitec Vietnam’s ERP systems, which cater to shipping, logistics, ports, and manufacturing sectors. This integration is designed to provide Vietnamese companies with real-time visibility and control over critical management functions, including cash flow, inventory, transportation, and taxation, all within a single system.
Webcash Global will contribute its suite of financial solutions to the partnership. This includes WeCMS, a cash management platform for mid- to large-sized enterprises; WeTax, an electronic tax invoicing and filing solution; and WeBill365, a QR-based billing and payment automation service. These tools are intended to enhance efficiency and automation in corporate financial operations.
CyberLogitec Vietnam will utilize its ‘OPUS’ and ‘ALLEGRO’ solution series, which encompass the entire logistics and supply chain spectrum from shipping and terminals to forwarding and warehousing. Additionally, its manufacturing ERP and Global Development Center (GDC) capabilities will be applied to improve overall operational productivity for corporate clients.
Through this alliance, the companies aim to digitalize the accounting and tax processes for local enterprises, many of which have traditionally relied on manual methods. This initiative is also expected to strengthen data-driven decision-making frameworks, leading to greater accuracy and transparency in managing financial and operational activities for Vietnamese companies.
Lee Moon-young, Head of CyberLogitec Vietnam, commented on the collaboration, stating that the synergy between Webcash Global’s fintech solutions and CyberLogitec Vietnam’s logistics and ERP technologies is expected to create a new business model. This model will enable clients to simultaneously optimize their financial and operational management, with an ongoing commitment to strengthen competitiveness and drive digital innovation for Vietnamese companies.
Lee Sil-kwon, CEO of Webcash Global, emphasized that the partnership with CyberLogitec Vietnam establishes a new business environment for Vietnamese enterprises. He noted that this environment will allow for the seamless integration of financial management, taxation, and logistics operations, representing a key opportunity to drive innovation in Vietnam’s B2B fintech market beyond mere system integration.
