VOEDX has announced a new partnership with Verify4, aiming to enhance secure and high-quality access to employment and income data through the VOEDX Source Engine platform.

The collaboration is designed to create a faster, more transparent, and cost-efficient verification ecosystem for credentialed users, moving away from legacy, closed-network models. Key aspects of the partnership include Verify4’s integration into VOEDX’s AI-driven Source Engine, which is expected to expand coverage and improve precision routing for verifiers. Additionally, VOEDX now supports verification access to over 50 million historical employment records in Ohio, utilizing employer-reported, state-maintained data sources. This development offers background screeners, lenders, and credentialed users greater choice, improved pricing, and faster turnaround times.

Anthony Petraco, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VOEDX, stated, “This partnership with Verify4 represents a significant step forward in our mission to transform the verification landscape. By leveraging Verify4’s expertise in consent-based verifications and state-level data access, we’re empowering our network with more efficient, high-quality tools that benefit data providers and end users alike.”Michael Turner, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Verify4, added, “We’re excited to collaborate with VOEDX to help match employers with qualified job seekers, landlords with qualified tenants, and consumers with opportunity. Integrating with the Exchange allows us to expand access to secure, user-controlled verifications—particularly Ohio’s employer-reported, government-maintained employment data—to support fairer decisions.”This alliance builds upon VOEDX’s Source Engine, an AI-powered marketplace-style platform that allows Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) and data furnishers to commercialize employment records. VOEDX, founded by industry veterans from HireRight, Sterling, and Equifax, aims to improve the speed, efficiency, supplier networks, and margins within the verification ecosystem. Combined with Verify4’s focus as a Public Benefit Corporation on bridging information gaps for credit-invisible individuals through consent-based solutions that avoid data warehousing or unauthorized sharing, the partnership seeks to streamline verification workflows, reduce costs, and promote industry transparency. Verify4 was founded in 2019 and builds secure, multi-state verification networks.
