VergeSense Integrates Real-Time Occupancy Intelligence with ServiceNow for Enhanced Workplace Efficiency

VergeSense has announced a certified integration with ServiceNow’s Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) platform. This collaboration aims to enhance workplace efficiency through real-time occupancy intelligence and automated space and reservations management.

The integration enables VergeSense and ServiceNow to provide improved experiences and deliver value to their customers. As a Strategic Platform Build Partner within the ServiceNow Partner Program, VergeSense’s certified integration facilitates seamless automation between its system and ServiceNow WSD.

The integration allows real-time space usage data from VergeSense to inform various workflows within ServiceNow WSD. These workflows include automatically managing meeting room reservations, enabling space planning, and providing real-time utilization insights. The integration is currently available in the ServiceNow Store.
