Valuedynamx Partners with Radisson Hotel Group to Expand Radisson Rewards Loyalty Program with New Online Shopping Portal

Valuedynamx, a provider of purchase rewards, has announced a strategic partnership with Radisson Hotel Group to enhance its Radisson Rewards loyalty program, enabling over 25 million members across seven countries to earn points on everyday online purchases through the new Radisson Rewards Shop.

This collaboration aims to diversify earning and redemption opportunities beyond traditional travel-related avenues, integrating the program into members’ daily lives. The new online shopping capability, powered by Valuedynamx and available in five languages, extends the Radisson Rewards ecosystem across the UK, India, France, Germany, USA, Spain, and Italy.

The Radisson Rewards Shop features over 4,500 leading global and local retailers tailored to each country, spanning categories such as fashion, electronics, home goods, and groceries. Members can earn points on purchases from brands including H&M, Zalando, Lacoste, Ray-Ban, Euronics, Old Navy, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Sephora.

James Berry, Managing Director at Valuedynamx, stated that the partnership highlights how technology and retail collaborations can enhance a loyalty program’s value. He noted that Valuedynamx’s extensive retail network and technology platform allowed Radisson Hotel Group to quickly expand rewards opportunities globally, benefiting members, retailers, and the hotel group through increased engagement.

Valuedynamx, a part of Collinson, a group recognized for its travel ecosystem, specializes in curated, data-driven omnichannel purchase rewards. It supports over 400 million consumers, maintains 50,000 retail and travel partners, and provides more than 400,000 rewards in over 180 countries.

Ana Martinez de Velasco, Director of Loyalty and Partnerships at Radisson Hotel Group, expressed enthusiasm for expanding earning opportunities to reflect how members live, shop, and travel. She emphasized that extending Radisson Rewards beyond travel into everyday retail experiences aims to maintain member engagement and offer expected flexibility and choice. Radisson Hotel Group operates over 1,580 hotels in more than 100 countries and its Radisson Rewards program serves over 25 million members.

With these expanded earning opportunities, members can redeem points for hotel stays at Radisson Hotel Group properties, flights with Air France KLM and SAS, Priority Pass airport lounge access, and charitable donations.

To mark the launch, Radisson Rewards is offering members a limited-time bonus: 10% bonus points on their first purchase, 20% on their second, and 30% on their third purchase through the Radisson Rewards Shop.
